Called “smart”, but doesn’t include smart head. Making you pay for more.

I had the Clarisonic that was before this one and it is exactly the same except there’s a smart feature now and there’s an app… Don’t waste your money

The L’Oréal company discontinued this product already. They’re also being sued for advertising it as it being able to be used wet. Today my device broke and water went in! Once water gets inside the device it damages the battery and device will not recover. Amazon you should pull this product off the shelves!!! It’s not cheap and it will break. It’s defective!

I have purchased probably 4 of these units I really like them but all units I have purchased die in less than two months Clarisonic have been good at replacing them but what's the point if the same problem keeps happening been going on now for about two years I will not purchase any more of this product until Clarisonic address the problem Its not just me a lot of people have the same issues with this product.

I bought the Smart Mia with several attachments.It would only hold a charge for a minute or less when charged overnight.So, I did research and found out there is a CLASS ACTION DEVICE RECALL on Clarisonic’s Skin Care Systems, which was brought about in 2007 and terminated in 2010! Some sellers still have these products on Amazon.The handle can overheat; causing burns. In addition, the charging device is faulty and it will not hold a charge for minutes, if at all.Clarisonic’s website is currently not selling these systems. That should tell you a lot!

Love product. This is my second one but it no longer charges. My older version works fine. The new one is a big disappointed because it stops right after warranty.
