The book had 4285 locations on my kindle. The book was about a girl, named Ivy and a boy named Kaiden. Ivy was a poor girl, who had a drug addicted mother. Kaiden was a rich obnoxious, arrogant kid. Ivy's mother died, she went to live with her rich aunt, whom she never knew. The book is filled with lies, secrets, a bit of sex play and a bit of blah sex. I did not like either character. My issues with this book. Ivy was confused, curious and filled with lust for Kaiden, who treated and talked to her like dirt. Kaiden was judgemental, quick to anger and furious with Ivy, because of her mother's actions. Then to top it all off, the book ends on a cliffhanger. Overall I'm done with this series.

This is my first book by Lisa Helen Gray and now i'm sitting here wondering where she's been all my life. Bully romance trope has been my go to for the past few months and let me tell you...this book delivered. The angst, drama, twists, turns, deceit, mystery...... I was absolutely hooked from the very first page to the jaw dropping ending.Ivy is sent to live with her Aunt Nova (who she didn't know existed) after her mom passed away. Nova is very wealthy and it leaves Ivy feeling uncomfortable and confused. Where was this family her whole life while she lived with her junkie mom and struggled just to eat? It was hard for her to open up and be accepting of her new life. Things get even more complicated when she meets the gorgeous guy next door, Kaiden.Kaiden has been raised to hate Ivy because of something her mom did and he, along with his brothers and best friend Grant, make her life . Ivy wants to know WHY they treat her this way and WHAT her mom did to them to warrant such hatred towards her. But digging up the past may just put her future in danger.The more time passes, Kaiden and his boys realize that Ivy is not her mom. Kaiden and Ivy's chemistry is scorching and so hot. I LOVED them together. The twins are hilarious and as mean as Grant was, even he seemed to come around toward the end.This book dug its claws in me and didn't let go. The mystery and suspense had me glued to my kindle. The drama and angst absolutely made this story for me. The book ends on a doozy of a cliffy but I cant wait to see the secrets and lies come to light.

I love the bully romances, especially about the 17-18 olds. Mostly because it is a world I would never like to repeat, but love to read about. This book is another very good story (with a cliffhanger of course) about a guy who hates the girl and later falls in love with her. I liked the UK slang and it felt even a bit difficult for me as I am used to US language in these books, but it felt pretty natural. Definitely recommend to read this book if you enjoy this gender.

Very entertaining book. Kept me reading!Main characters are great! You have your strong, sassy, wronged heroine, your serious, mean, bully, who is so much more, the comedians, the quirks', the villains. No one is who they say they are.Story is easy to follow and although predictable at times is also unpredictable at times and still interesting and worth the journey!I didn't realise it ended on a cliffhanger..which literally made me scream! So heads up on that!I only had one personal issue with the book. Without spoiling anything for anyone, there are a few 'trigger topics' that the storyline follows, specifically what Ivy experiences at the hands of certain characters at the beginning of the book. I felt that her experiences were downplayed and justifications given for certain actions were unacceptable as no justification for such actions are ever acceptable. I understand it's a story and real life sometimes does reflect this telling but I felt strongly enough about it to say something here.

I was hooked from the moment I opened the book till the moment of her last breathe. Ugh, you have done it again Lisa!! Just because you have money doesn’t mean you are worth anything. They nicest people are sometimes those with nothing. I loved this story so much, Ivy and Kai, the brothers everyone. Why why why.....I want the next chapter. Kai just kills me completely the whole scene with the tent and they way you could see and feel his fear. Just, wow, I have read everything Lisa has written (that I could find) and I am hanging on for more!! I need more!!

OMFG!!! This was seriously amazing!!! The only thing i hated was the cliff hanger!! I loved the storyline, its felt like it was sucking you in. Lisa is truly an amazing author and i can not wait until book 2!!

OMG what a freaking cliffy yet again.....Now I have to wait, yet again.....Reel you in and another cliffy again.....Loving this a lot!! And really loving Ivy's character. She's so strong but when you read it you will understand why she has to be. Lots of twists in this one, hot sex scenes and Kaiden seems hot AF too.If you love the bully genre YA \NA books then I highly recommend this one!! I hate cliffhangers, it just got to the good bit & how am I gonna find out what happens, I need to know now!!!! I'm sorry, I don't mean to say it's a bad book, because it's not, it's awesome, I love the characters, the storyline, but I really need to know what happens. Please say it's soon. Definitely worth reading

Well for starters I just love this book!The bully starting was good and really showed how strong Ivy is I loved it, but love the secrecy of it and the pull to want to know more about them all, I felt like it was about the 2 main characters but also felt we got to see the bigger picture as well as see the sides of other characters too, some books you just get lost with all the names and trying to remember the characters but this book didnt have that about it,I love all Lisa's books I dont think iv found one that I dont and this is a different type of book from her and I love how she look that different approach and just cant wait to read the next instalment nowAway to read it for a 2nd time!

Lots of errors. Also, quite immature writing. Would be a really good book with some good editing and way more show and a whole let less tell.The book is also supposed to be set in the UK (it says) but the language and writing is American (jerk, malls, grocery shops...) - but maybe that’s just me as a Brit.

The amount of grammatical errors in this book is ridiculous. Do wonder who edited this book. Couldn't finish it. It was way too cheesy and the errors put me off.

This was fast paced, interesting, action packed and nerve wracking!! Ivy is a fantastic character and I can’t wait to find out what has been going on! So many question that I NEED answers to! Looking forward to the next book 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Purchased this book when it came out, but waited until crowed of lies came out. So glad I did .Love the book,(but I personally like lisa helen Gray 's, writing,) I'm not going to say about the book you need to read it xxxxxxx
