Been taking this for ~30 years now per Dr.'s advice. I find the Now Foods has the best price per lot. Always purchase no less than 1200 or 1000 and take twice a day although some people take it only once a day - it depends on your own needs and what your doc recommends. GOOD LUCK!!

Article after article, study after study raves about the benefits of Omega oils. Well, I took the bait and bought this one, because it contains all 3 oils. I simply expected better health like getting good blood work...but the results were far greater. My skin and hair look fabulous i mean really fabulous. My hair grew about 2 1/2 inches (trust me, it was the supplements). I felt better. I even grew beautiful nails (as a former nail biter this is not an easy task for me). I even lost weight (read Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning to learn why a certain Omega oil does that)! I have recommended this brand to my entire family, friends, and just about everyone with whom supplementation comes up. As per usual, Amazon gets you a great deal for these for the price. They have several sizes. If you have children, I recommend getting this brand (NOW) but the actual oil rather than the pills. Watch them have beautiful hair, skin, nails, and teeth because of it. Ladies, if you take this with prenatal vitamins people won't recognize you after a few months.

It's so hard to tell if any supplement is making a difference. But I believe in the Omegas! I'm much more calm and less likely to bite someone's head off. I started taking these after reading about a study where they put omegas in prisoner's food and those prisoner were less likely to fight. This is the only supplement I've taken consistently over the last 20 years. Obviously, I'm a believer. I trust two brands equivocally : Trader's Joes and Now!

My D.O. suggested adding the Omega's for thyroid support, and weight management. These are big pills, and I agree with other's, if you burp, it has a fishy undertone to it. But overall and quite pleased with the product. It has been a boost for me. I noticed a difference within days of supplementing. ( I am on a Dr's prescribed dosage which exceeds recommendations on bottle, everyone has different requirements, my intake is being monitored closely). My skin is definitely not as dry, a big plus in winter, using less moisturizer lately. Despite exercising more, eating less, I was getting the dreaded belly flab concentration that accompanies aging, and this has been a big help with that issue. So overall, I am quite happy with this.

Now is a brand that I trust. I like the Omega 3-6-9. So many people are caught up on only omega 3's but this product is more complete & sources several oils not just one. I double the dose b/c I am nursing a 5 month old. You cant beat the price either. Overall if you want a good omega product try this. Funny thing is just yesterday reports say that we should be eating fish (salmon or sardines primarily) once a week for the health benefits of the omega 3's.
