Looks very good. Comfy. Seats could be a bit firmer to eat at table but can manage. Our ine had wobble on one seat of three (fault) but they offered discount of 30% if wanted to keep..result😃 (we can put a wedge under one leg when going to save £130)!..of course thy offered full refund butcould not take only one seat back so we took the discount. I didnt want to chance getting new set with poss other faults. thats why we buy from amazon. Thy know about customer service😉.

I absolutely love this set. I wanted to upload a picture but I dont think it does it justice. I spent months shopping around before I bought this set thinking, 'I dont want to be ripped off by garden centre prices but I'm not sure if I trust buying something online'. They're alot of money, or should I say more than something else you might buy online, but I loved the customer images and that really helped finalise my decision.The set is really good quality, easy to assemble, SO SO comfy (you can easily fall asleep outside in the sunshine). Everyone loves spending time on them. A purchase I dont regret.Interested to see how they survive the winter under a cover but huge thumbs up from me so far.

CushionsTerrible quality and mark super easily. And I mean super easily. Even your skin can mark them. If you sit on a cushion for any length of time, the foam is compacted and takes ages to recover. This also makes for uncomfortable sitting. The fabric generates so much static that you fear for your life when standing up because it’s likely you’ll receive a tremendous shock when you stand up and make contact with anything not attached to the chairs.CoversTerrible. We had two delivery slots that weren’t met. When the set arrived, we received two of the same box so rather than an L shape and stools, we just have a giant C shape.All in all, not particularly impressed. We did get a partial refund but I can’t see the set lasting more than a couple of years.

This is a lovely piece of garden furniture. However, once assembled it was noticed that one of the corners of the rattan table was warped and bent downwards and three of the cushion zips split and are now broken. It would be nice to have a new table and three new cushions sent without having to buy new boxes and packaging and send the whole lot back!

Furniture is lovely, very comfortable and easy to arrange. The covers are absolutely useless so our furniture has been left exposed to the elements.The covers have tiny laces (about 15cm) at each corner that are too short to tie around the feet of the furniture sections. Had no choice but to thread them through the wicker but they still snapped off in a bit of wind. Given that the covers are supposed to protect the furniture outdoors, I would expect much more secure fastenings.

The glass that comes with the table for this set is extremely dangerous and easily shatters. We've had this product for a year now and today we washed the glass. My husband picked it up to put it back on the table, turned it and it exploded all over our patio. To be clear, he did NOT drop it, he rotated it. Fortunately all he got was a tiny cut on his finger. We spent an hour cleaning it up and we'll go over it again tomorrow, but I have a feeling we'll be finding glass for years to come.

The poor review is not for the furniture, which I think is reasonable value for money, good quality and easy to assemble. The rating is for some very poor delivery issues. When delivered several weeks late it was delivered in three boxes, two had the right parts the other belonged to a different set. We ended up with no table and too many chairs in different colours. The only things amazon could offer was return or some money off and had no mechanism in place just to deliver the missing table. We ended up getting money off and sourcing a table els ware, which in the end cost a little more.

Amazing set - very good quality and comes pretty much fully assembled. I would prefer a nicer less slippery material for the cushions as they do tend to slide around quite a bit. I also wish the stools could be used as storage boxes.
