Aladdin, a street urchin, accidentally meets Princess Jasmine, who is in the city undercover. They love each other, but she can only marry a prince. Review: Classic Disney's 'Aladdin' Receives Outstanding 4K Rendition - I realize that not everyone enjoys animation - whether it is from DreamWorks or Illumination or Pixar or Disney. That being said, 'Aladdin' is the jewel in the crown when Disney animation could do no wrong. Now? Not so much. The animation is top notch, the story telling straight forward, the colors brilliant, voice characters first-rate, and front and center is Robin William's humor - which he was allowed to go off script because many of his lines were ad-libbed and better than what the original script called for. The songs are memorable, and the overall experience is pure enjoyment. The 4K rendition brings the original film into a new realm and make you appreciate the creative genius it took to make this movie. Definitely worth adding this 4K DVD to your home theater collection. No buyer's remorse here. Review: Not the best of the "big 4" technically but might be the best one overall - Little Mermaid kicked it off, Beauty and the Beast was nominated for best picture and The Lion King was just completely over the top with the music, voice acting and big name talent. Aladdin is animated every bit as well as any of them and is just... Fun. Robin Williams as the genie is the entire reason A-listers got into voice acting it was seen as below them before this. Apparently they convinced him to do it after animating the Genie over one of his standup routines. I wish they'd release that if they have it still. And with any of these 4Ks, do yourself a favor and watch on an OLED with at least a decent sound system. It's really that big of a difference.

Great movie.
Bought this to have the digital code, but sadly inside it has no code even thought the outside box indicated a movies anywhere code. Other than that it seems as if the discs are in good shape as is the disc storage case. The product is amazing and such a classic movie. However Disney did not follow through and support their product when I contacted them about the code. So I contacted seller to attempt a resolution. Seller resolved the issue with the missing digital code. Very happy to be able to watch it. Now I have the digital copy of it too. Exemplary customer service.

The original
This one even though it’s several decades old is still the best compared to the live action remake. That one with will smith is just so so. Disney needs to really change back to how they used to make these classics.
