These vitamins were recommended to me by a friend who has been taking them for 30+ years and swears by them so I decided to give them a try. The results were immediate!Unlike a lot of multi-vites these contain no fillers, just pure vitamins. I have to admit that the pills are rather large and bulky but that’s probably because they are chocked full of good, healthy vitamins. These wonderful vitamins provide all-day energy and since I am a 50+ woman with a relatively physical part-time job, they give me enough pep to last throughout my shift. Very satisfied with the vitamins and will definitely be sticking with these.

I've been looking for a good multivitamin for a while. I'm in my early 40's and enjoy staying active. I could tell my body was missing something from my loss of daily energy. I tried other brands, but they gave me a headache or my body got used to the product and they no longer seem helpful after a couple weeks. Not this one. I'm on my second bottle. I love that it's time released and can tell when I don't take it for a day or two.

This is a good product but the price is getting too high to justify. You can talk about the price per day but that's not how one gets to pay for it.

I've been taking these for years & they are a good multi-vitamin. I love the time release aspect. I feel I have more energy when I take these.

Just received the item and it's potency date is 11/2020. Today is 11 January 2021. I would not expect to get expired vitamins.
