I really like this Vitamin D supplement. To be truthful this is the first liquid I have tried but it was recommended to me by a Dr. It doesn't taste bad and does not bother my stomach like the tablets do.. I have been using it for a year and I am planning on continuing on using it. As always with Amazon I receive it quickly and packaged well with free shipping!

I struggle to get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D in oil form I have been told is best for the body. I know that this product helps me to keep my depression in check. I like it more than other forms of vitamin D I have taken.
