Clinical Scenarios in Vascular Surgery

Good for building knowledge base
This is not the most technical vascular book, which I appreciate as a junior resident. The Moore and Rutherford books are seminal vascular texts - we all know that. But having another resource that is case-based and not so technical that you get lost in the sauce is critical to building that initial foundation of clinical knowledge. I highly recommend this book. I’ve been following the schedule of the Score curriculum and reading this as a supplement, feeling like I’m retaining a lot of important information despite the limited time I have to study as a vascular resident.

Great overview. Gives great quick tips throughout the book
Great overview. Gives great quick tips throughout the book. The cases are nice and relatively short, allowing one to get through one during downtime. Must have good background knowledge before reading!
