Does anyone experience low sound volume with these headphones? I use an iPhone 12 and when listening to music at 100% it sounds like only 60% loud!

Hi, I use these on an iPhone 13 and the sound quality and volume are ok. It could be that your pair are faulty. I'm assuming that you've checked your phone's audio settings to make sure that these are not affecting volume. For example, if Soundcheck in Apple Music is enabled then this can limit playback volume. It is meant to standardise volume across your music tracks, but I don't use it because I've found it can reduce volume too much. I hope this helps.

How long is the guarantee/warranty for these headphones? I've had them since the beginning of Dec 2019 and the sound is terrible. Surely it is 12mths?
