Love Better Batter!
Love this flour! I use it as a substitute for regular flour in baking and cooking recipes, and it works great. I don’t use gluten free recipes, and I have great success in using this to make soups, waffles, and muffins. My only word of advice is to make sure you follow the instructions on the bag and weigh it. The only downside is the price, but you get what you pay for!

Best tasting gluten free bread flour
This is one of best gluten free bread flours available next to King Arthur. Your bread will come out like regular gluten free bread. Soft texture, yummy taste. Even the house smells wonderful! This is not an easy feat! Better Batter is a staple for me now as a gluten free foodie.

Can't tell it's gluten free!
My husband is gluten sensitive and has been diagnosed for about 15 years. Gluten free has come along a long way in that time. Since he is gluten free, most of my cooking is done that way so he can be included in all that we eat. We had given up a lot of different foods during that time since either it wasn't made in a gluten free variety or it tasted horrible. One thing I had a really hard time with was flour. It was so complicated to make a flour because you would have to buy a variety of flour and you would need xanthum gum. The different kinds of flours were not also typically available at the supermarket that I shopped at and I would have to go to a specialty store to get what I needed. That also created a large expense for me and my family. So as a result, I didn't often use flour that often. As time went on, I found some flour that was acceptable, but many of them had an aftertaste and could also be identified by others as tasting different. Enter Better Batter. This was a flour I found out about from a blog I had been reading. I researched it and found it was available on Amazon. The price turned me off somewhat, but I decided to go for it. I was SO glad that I did. I will never question it or hesitate to buy it ever! This is THE BEST TASTING FLOUR I have had. I use it for everything now. I made the chocolate chip cookie recipe on the box and they were the most delicious cookies I have ever had. No one had any idea they were gluten free. I also use it for beef stew when the beef needs a flour coat first before searing. I tried it with Christmas cookies this year since my husband loves those peanut butter blossom cookies. I made a large batch of them and they disappeared quicker than quick. They were so tasty and like the chocolate chip cookies, no one noticed any difference. Even my father, who can spot gluten free from a mile away had no idea. This flour is the BEST!

Best GF flour, but WEIGH don’t measure!
This is by far my favorite gluten-free flour. I get fantastic results every time, from homemade pasta, to pie crusts to cakes & cookies, and every other cooking need. People complaining about consistency, etc. makes me wonder how you are measuring. Gluten-free flours should be weighed, not scooped and packed into a measuring cup like regular flour. It gets too dense that way. Trust me - use a digital scale, put a bowl on it & zero out the weight, using metric measurements (grams). Add flour, using 125 grams to equal 1 cup. Using the 125 g./cup formula has never steered me wrong, has never ruined a recipe. For those complaining of cost, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for alternatives, I do like Cup 4 Cup & King Arthur brands, but Better Batter is my favorite. No matter which gluten-free AP flour you use, the secret to success is to weigh the flour. Try it!

Best gluten free on the market today
I can see why this flour gets top ratings. BIIIG bag. More value and quality for your money. Made cookies and cakes with it. A very, very slight grit, almost undetectable. I don’t think any GF flour will ever be like regular, so Better Batter is the best out there. My family who turns their nose up at any GF gobbled down the cakes and cookies and I didn’t tell them til afterward they were GF! Don’t go testing cheaper brands, get Better Batter!

Good gluten free flour
Good GF flour. Contains Xanthan gum so don't have to add. Very convenient.

It out-performs any others I have tried, so far!
This has become my favorite GF flour. It is the closest to regular flour that I have used, so far, and most people can't even tell I am using GF flour in my recipes.

Excellent
Ok...GF boyfriend was very happy with our homemade noodles! Texture and taste. This was our first time making noodles, I had read that this brand was the best for noodles and it did not disappoint. Super expensive though.
