This went really great. The wet look is great! Prep is everything. make sure you use enough do not let the roller go dry or you get an uneven look and the last roll needs to be in one direction. The video was helpful.

As a professional builder I do many floors and i was surprised to see a "wet look" on a porcelain floor I installed. I found it easy to install, very durable, and really made a difference in the overall look on the floor. I even had some areas i had to blend in as added more floor and all looked great. And it saves the grout joints from getting dirty.

I bought this with the multi-part sealer. It is everything I wanted it to be and everything it claimed to be. Would buy again.

Absolutely destroyed a brand new tile job. Have to hire a whole new set of professionals just to remove.
