Improved my tone immediately
This mouthpiece instantly was a definite improvement over stock. I can get an even tone across all registers. Price is affordable. Relatively easy to play. Nice!

Great mouthpiece!
For someone that is just getting back into playing my soprano sax, this is a great mouthpiece. You can’t beat the price and it’s got great response in all registers of my horn. I recently bought the 5C for my tenor and it is now my go to mouthpiece as well. Don’t be fooled be the inexpensive price. These are great.

Decent but tight
As an intermediate player, I found this mouthpiece to be superior to the original L.A. Sax mouthpiece that came with the horn. It has a very clean and warm tone to it. My only complaint is that the mouthpiece bore is rather small. I would have expected this to be a pretty standard thing. I'm going to have to have my neck recorked with thinner cork or risk damaging the octave key attempting to remove it after playing.

I brought this mouthpiece 4 1/2 years ago, I have other soprano mouthpieces but they don't flow as easy. I have a straight and a curve. This makes them both sound great. All ranges are easier to obtain with confidence. Vito straight and Lazarra curve I play with all types of musicians, they give thumbs up on the sound.

You can 't go wrong with this mouthpiece. You'll definitely get your money's worth. I got two of them. I also use this mouthpiece for my Alto Sax.

failed to play notes above C6
and although it somewhat has the sound of yamaha it doesn't perform well as the free original mouthpiece of a beginner saxphone
