This works well at boosting Vit D levels. This dose is 5000 IU (higher than what is needed if you have ok Vit D levels already). Monitor your bloodwork and once your Vit D is where you need it to be then you might consider going back down to 2000 IU/day instead of this product. This product works well to boost your Vit D and is also easy to swallow and has no taste.
