Really convenient and tastes great
Much preferred over the blocks of creamed coconut because this produces a smooth texture whereas the blocks add a gritty coconut texture and have a proportion of coconut oil in them, too.More convenient than buying tins of coconut milk as you can just use as much powder as needed.Tastes great in any dishes requiring coconut milk. It's great that you can adjust the amount to taste.So, so convenient to have in the cupboard.A packet goes a long way.All good!

Nice added to curry and other dishes to jazz up a ready meal a bit. Nice texture and creamy taste.

Maggi coconut powder is a very versatile product.
I very much like the fact that this product can be used in so many different ways. It can be mixed with water to make coconut milk or coconut cream, be added to a curry in powder form before serving and can also be added to sweet dishes including biscuits and cakes etc. When only a small amount is required , it’s much more economical than coconut milk in cans.

Short shelf life, otherwise great product
I get this delivered as part of a subscribe and save delivery, I love having powdered coconut milk in the cupboard, it's one of those handy ingredients that helps make a meal out of other cupboard staples. But the last couple at least have had a pretty short shelf life on them, even though the date of packaging is a year earlier. I've used it past its best before and found it fine, just think it should have longer on it when it's delivered, a box is approx 4 tins worth of coconut milk, so would last me at least a month or two.
