Nice mild honey great for replacing sugar
This organic raw honey has replaced cane sugar in my diet it have a very smooth mild taste. Some honey can overpower the flavor in recipes this does not. I couldn’t believe I went through this large jar so fast. Definitely worth it. I will be purchasing more. It never goes bad great to keep on hand.

Amazing. Tastes of the bloom. Takes you on a walk through the berry patch.
I have eaten a great many raw honey varieties over the years. This one transported me to the berry patch. Simply extraordinary. It did arrive fairly crystallized- that is a common fault of warehoused raw honey, but it remained unexpectedly spreadable. And the taste... it is amazing. I can't wait to try other varieties from this apiary. A note for other (negative) reviewers: When you buy raw honey from Amazon, you are dealing with something that sat on a shelf for some indeterminate period. It's not like getting a local raw honey from a farmer's market or ordering directly form the apiary. I can appreciate a good honey in less-than-ideal condition, but I can understand and appreciate that you want perfection. I just want to say: it's not the honey, it's where you bought it from. Amazon isn't doing anything wrong, they're just warehousing in the normal way. If you see this, I hope you'll give this apiary another chance by making a direct purchase.

Excellent flavor, texture less than ideal
I got some raw blackberry honey from a roadside stand in northern California (local, not GloryBee brand) that was incredible. I hate crystallized honey, I will not eat it that way, so I had been wary of the white, thick appearance. However, it melted before my mouth had any opportunity to feel that awful gritty feeling and I wanted more. My jar of GloryBee arrived today and the first thing I noticed is that it was very solid, although looked consistent throughout the jar, not separated. It was a little gritty, but manageable once I mixed it up and I noticed the air introduced by mixing brought some of the lighter color and creamier consistency to it. It's still not quite as good in the texture, but it's tolerable to my picky preferences. However, the flavor is just as good as the small bottle I got in CA. I would absolutely buy more, if it's like this and not like some of the other pictures I saw. A tip for mixing... I don't have a mixer (most may not even fit in the jar anyway), and doing it by hand would have taken forever and absolutely killed my hand. So I took a sturdy metal spoon (fork may work even better, but I was already eating it with a spoon) and fixed it in the chuck of my cordless drill, set the transmission (not the clutch) to the slow/torque-y #1 position and stirred until every corner of the jar was the lighter color. Took a few minutes, but absolutely worth it. You can carefully use the faster transmission setting after, but it will fling honey if you go too fast... Trust me.

If you've only ever bought the regular cheap squeeze-bottle honey, you need to try THIS!
This stuff is more expensive because it is SO FREAKIN' GOOD! It's an affordable luxury. It's so sweet and delicious! And it doesn't have that nasty aftertaste you get with the processed honey. You don't know what you're missing. Those bees love their mother, and you can taste that love.❤️🐝 NOTE: don't drop the jar on your foot, because it will break bones.

great taste but ruined by being in plastic
I had been buying this at my local health food store, Sprouts. It had always been thinck and white. I loved the flavor and liked the fact that it didnt run off my toast. The store stopped carrying it but I found it here in the large size only so I bought it without reading the reviews, why should I, I love it. They have the smaller size in other flavors but Im not one to take chances. When it arrived I was so disappointed that it was in plastic. I dont buy things in plastic, we get enough toxins that cant be helped. Fortunately Amazon gives refunds so I got one. My wife found the glass jars in Winco but it is not thick, not white and does not taste the same. Still I like the fact that it is natural.

This honey made me severely sick, gave me food poisoning
Consume at your own risk! I’ve ordered this honey 3 times and the first 2 times it was fine but the 3rd time it gave me food poisoning and I was super sick. When I received it, despite it being super tightly, well packed, the honey had leaked everywhere. Turns out the seal for the container under the cap had broken what I thought was due to the heavy weight of the honey pushing on it so much during transit that it just broke, and because I was completely out of honey and needed some, and I didn’t want this container to go to waste, I still used it and ended up getting severely sick. It’s most likely the seal was never sealed properly in the first place and that’s why the honey leaked. I wrote the company on their website about this incident and never heard back from them (it’s been several months so they’ve had ample time to respond) and they have not replied or apologized. When having such a heavy item, it should be double sealed, one in the inside and another seal on the cap. I assumed the seal broke during transit but it very well could’ve broken prior to shipping or was never sealed in the first place and sat in the Amazon warehouse exposed to whatever dust and chemicals that may be around in those warehouses. Or the honey was simply just bad/contaminated and the seal had nothing to do with it, not sure which of these scenarios led to the food poisoning but I’m never taking the risk with this brand ever again. Especially since they ignored my message about this and had no concern for their product causing harm to one of their customers. This has never happened to me before with any other brand of honey I’ve used.

wonderful honey
A nice, mild sweet tasting honey, and not messy like the liquid.

Extremely bad quality. This smells off. Product is not clover honey

Not sure if it’s unfiltered as it’s quite smooth and liquid. But it taste right - not sweetened.
