Granted these things are a little pricey but the difference between a $30 cheap Chinese knock off and this is mind blowing. I was using the cheaper version for over a year, after watching a YouTube video and seeing the AT pro I bought it. I can’t believe the strength of this thing it makes digging so much easier. Great kit. No regrets

This is a great combo and the second one I've ordered. The Pro-pointer is a terrific and now-mandatory piece of equipment for metal detecting. I have had trouble with one of the pouches I've bought that had stitching come loose. You want to keep a close eye on the seams if you don't want to lose any of your finds. I restitched it and it's fine now. The digger works well as long as you don't try to pry boulders out of the way, and on the whole it's a great set to have.

This really helps pinpoint the target and dig it up. love the orange to see when I lay it down. The bag works to place your finds or trashy items in. The sheath for the digger needs a leg band or tie. The digger does not slide in or out very easily, so it's a two-handed operation when it should be easy with one hand. I had to sharpen the digger to make it more usable.

My old White's pinpointer still works fine but my Wife bought the new Garrett for Christmas. I still love the old White's but the Garrett fits my hand a little better, seems more sensitive and is well made. Now I need to find something more than trash and pennies with it.

Garrett makes high quality tools, buy these if your on the fence and go get the relic shovel too! You won't be disappointed in these tool as you are with the detectors.
