Sony PlayStation 3 PS3 Slim CECH-4012 500GB Console - White

I had the original fat PS3 since it was launched, and it was definitely time to upgrade at this point. Downloads took all day when they should have taken about ten minutes, the system was very loud all the time, and for some reason when I tried to connect to the PSstore, my entire household's Wi-fi would crash. So yes, it was definitely time for a change.I bought this lovely new system yesterday, and it arrived the same day. The Super Slim White PS3 came with everything I needed. The system itself, a white controller, a controller USB cord, and some more outlets which I had no need for.The system itself is so much lighter and smaller than the original system. I'm finding myself using a lot less room than I was with the original. I love the sliding door feature, which you don't even need to have the system on in order to insert or eject a disc. Internet connection and going to the PSstore is quick and doesn't crash my wi-fi, and downloads are fast, as they should. I also like how quiet this system is. I can barely tell it's on.I highly recommend this system to anyone new to PS3, or to whoever is in need of a little upgrade to their current system.

Packaging was better then most things that normally get shipped to me. Ps3 if in good condition no noticble scratches or dings, happy with that. The ps3 controller on the other hand doesn't want to charge and when I connect it to the ps3 it makes the screen go black and the controller goes haywire like someone is pressing all the buttons.

I got the ps3. Plugged it in. And it didn't work. I had to return it. I do not recommend this at all. It is a scam I swear!

Great console. I really like how small it is. I also like that it is white unlike any other i have ever seen. I dont like how the disk tray opens. It reminds me of ps1. It seems like the laser could be damaged VERY easily. It will also collect dust from being exposed. Also very disapointed in Sony for removing the ability to play ps2 games from disk. The console is fully capable. The system just a software limitation Sony chose to put on their newer consoles.

It works nicely but some of my games dont work on it so go have to go use my brothers ps3. Also the R2 button is giving me troubles when using it while typing.

Everything was great, came nicely boxed, everything was there. Worked for a long time. (Around 3 years) before I sold it. Loved the white version better.
