Great Buy. Works like a charm, 100% Recommended
The grips have been a fantastic addition to my equipment list.Having used them for over 6 months now, I can vouch for their durability. These grips are still holding up well and haven't worn off significantly.They help with forearm hypertrophy as well as grip strength gains.It might take a bit to get used to it, but in the end, it is worth the extra forearm hypertrophy.Even for being Off-Brand Fat-Gripz they do their job well and aren't significantly worse.If you're looking for Fat Gripz these are definitely worth considering.100% Recommended.

Inner diameter not enough creating big gap.
Silicone rubber material is very sturdy and soft and retains its shape. It have some weight and thus built quality is superb. It have a textured friction based surface on outside and inner part is smooth. One major con is since the inner diameter is just 1 inch it leaves a big cut gap after placing it in dumbell. Thus it becomes uncomfortable to hold the dumbells as surface area for holding becomes too large. This is especially a concern when handling heavy dumbells as it can slip if not properly hold. If the inner diameter is like 1.5 inch or 2 inch then no such gap would have formed after inserting in on the dumbell. Its only useful if dumbell rod is of small diameter like 1 inch and also the gap between the dumbell circular parts must be large enough like 5 inch otherwise it won't fit. If it not have 5 inch then choose small version. But in all the types small, medium and large inner diameter is around 1 inch only and big gap issue always exists.

Must have to increase your grip & muscle pump
