Amazing and deep insight into inner working of underworld in Mumbai during 1990, when things were shaping up across the map.

Typical Hussain Zaidi fare... No surprises here. But very very interesting and enjoyable.A good addition to Mr. Zaidi's repertoire. Good insights into the underworld.

The stories were interesting, but the writing could have been better. Some of the narratives seemed incomplete, particularly as the book progressed. Also, the kindle version has some typos as if OCR software had been used and the results not proofread by a human. There were quite noticeable, but didn't necessarily interfere with the reading of the book.

I saw the Hindi film Gangubai, about one of the women showcased in the book and enjoyed the movie so much I decided to read the book

This book has to read with Dongri to Dubai. These two books complement each other. The author is a veteran crime reporter and has covered a wide section of female mafia, contract killers and molls of Dons. As his earlier books, this is engrossing and worth the money. Though I would say that the proof reading was extremely poor. Too many spelling mistakes in the book.

This book is well researched, with racy script and divided into short compartmental stories. Overall it has Zaidi's narrative signature. He will never disappoint you on crime writing.

Stories of the underworld which tittilate the imagination. Obviously there is very mild effort to rationalise and justify some of their actions. read and throway kind of book.If you looking for sometittlation this is the book for you

It was an interesting book of these rough and violent women who were involved in drugs but yet did good things for people who were in the situation of poverty!
