These are awesome, they look great, they are simple to use and are very comfortable with wonderful sound quality. I was apprehensive about purchasing these as I had just purchased two other turtle beach headsets for my husband and daughter, those headsets both had to be returned which is such a hassle. I worried these would have similar issues. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this headset. I needed a set to be able to play online with my daughter on our switch's and they work perfectly. I'm glad I took the chance on these as tge other two had sound quality issues, one only set has a short in the wire so that only one side works consistently. The second set had an issue where if the cord moved it would create static that only the other players could hear. This led me to feel like only tge super expensive turtle beach headsets had good quality. Sadly these only have the one color which is fine for me but I do wish I could get some for my husband that didn't look so girly.

Super happy with these. I was using a cheap headset for the longest time, struggling to hear and be heard and it finally clicked...just buy a nicer one. I did some thorough research.. ideally I'd prefer a headset with volume and mute controls on a remote on the wire, instead of the volume being located on the lower back half and having to flip up to mute, as I have kids and I often mute/unmute myself and I fear I'll eventually break the microphone. But you can't win them all. And bought an adapter that I can plug into the controller itself, but that's for a different review. This review is boasting about and highlighting this headset! I love it so much. Once you get your console media settings figured out, depending on what you want to be louder, these are awesome! The sound is super clear and more importantly, everyone's voice comes through clear. General sound seems to be regulated so there's not much fluctuation between quiet and loud. Background noise from other players/party members isn't overwhelming. I'm always paranoid about being heard eating or my kids making too much noise. According to everyone I ask, they can only really head my kids when they're being loud and shouting, or when they're very close to me talking at the higher-than-usual "inside voice" tone most toddlers seem to talk in haha. And as far as chewing goes, if I eat with the food on my right side and keep my mouth closed, they cannot hear....or at least they're good at lying to me. And I've been told you can't hear when drinking anything, either. Which is also something I always worry about when being near a mic. The cushions are super comfortable, don't bother my glasses, nor do they cause any discomfort with my many ear piercings. I've considered using this headset as a regular pair of headphones on a few occasions, that's how comfortable they are! I also like the white and purple.. it's a nice color scheme. Overall, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a nicer, but not super spendy headset.

Edit: I’ve had these for some time now and wanted to do an update and moving it down to a 4/5 rating. I still agree with all of my previous statements however. Within about 3 months of having these they stopped working and I am very careful with my gaming set up because I’m OCD and particular. These completely stopped working suddenly as far as being able to do both sound and using the mic at once and sometimes neither worked together. I did notice when I received it there was a hairline break in the connection area on the headset where the mic sits which didn’t necessary bother me and I don’t think this would have lead to the issues I was experiencing. But occasionally throughout the first couple of weeks I was noticing audio issues. Unfortunately this all happened right as covid hit. And while other items I was getting replaced with other company’s were swift in response and getting their customer taken care of it took TURTLE BEACH 3.5 weeks to get back to me about this. I had finally sent another email in and after a week I was replied to from that thread. I was not impressed because through all of this I couldn’t go out to stores or anything to get a replacement and I was following state regs to avoid non business related travel. This was the only company that not only ignored their customer but too their sweet unbearably slow time to rectify this. I eventually got walked through how to go about cutting the cord, taking a picture of it’s info and all of that and they had agreed to send me a replacement which so far has worked fine and I could not find any damage with it. So overall I still agree. But it was so frustrating to have to go through all of that for a replacement when I didn’t experience this with any other company. (I had a defective fan replaced, and a wireless charger sent out to me for warranty issues and waited less than a week to get confirmed shipments for both of those if that matters to anyone as to what I was referring to) **It’s comfortable, cute, clear quality. They are a little large but still can feel a little snug after a couple hours in the ears. I just wish you could adjust the volume of voice and game separately.

I LOVE THIS HEADSET, it is extremely cute and comfortable. The purple pops on the white, and I love that the wire is also purple. The padding on the ears and top of the head is great! It is very durable and soft, (I am prone to headaches after wearing things on my head for an extended period of time, these don't do that to me nearly as fast!) My headset is connected to a PS5 controller, and the quality is wonderful. No delay, crisp voices incoming and outgoing, effective and fluid microphone for muting, and great in-game sound quality!

I was gifted another set of headphones in the same brand before this. They were black and green with a similar design, but i guess they were fully made of plastic. I had had them for less than a year until they just literally snapped in half when I was going to put them on. I hadn’t even widened them much. I was understandably confused and nervously looked for a different pair. Found these and saw there was metal in the band instead and saw fairly good reviews and they were far cuter than my old ones(I got the white and purple ones). Oh my god, best choice ever. I love that they are wired so I don’t have to worry about charging them(my old ones were Bluetooth), and the wire is an excellent length and comes with an aux for the headphones and mic, the colors are even prettier in person and the quality??? It’s like an angel crafted these headphones with their bare heads and gave them a little kiss before sending them off. Super comfortable, amazing sound and clearly durable. 100% recommend!!!

I liked them, but they only lasted about 3 months before the cord stopped working and I lost one side of the headphones sound. Other then that I liked it and it had great sound quality when it was working

These gaming headphones are such a great find for the price! They look just as beautiful in person as they do in the pictures, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. Definitely a stylish and affordable choice for gamers!
