What a lifesaver!! This study guide is just what I needed! I never know where to start when studying but this makes sure that everything is included and very easy to read.I absolutely loved the suggested calendar that it comes with to show you what sections to study on which days compared to when you take the test. Very helpful for those of us that aren’t very great at time management!Overall it is very easy to read with practice tests and tables, charts — easy for anyone!! I also really liked the breakdown of the chapters - it flowed really nicely.This was a little bit more expensive than some of the others I considered but it’s well worth it! It’s over 400 pages and the information is all in one spot so I can feel confident that everything has been covered. I am very glad that I chose this one and I highly recommend it to anyone needing it for this test!

This book is a MUST HAVE! It's super informative and provides a pretty comprehensive look at the test. My nursing friend (who has been helping me out A LOT) was able to talk a look at it - and she's impressed!I appreciate the calendar but I LOVE the modules, pretest and practice tests.The format is easy to understand but also challenging which is something I really need. I work 2 jobs currently and the last thing I want is to get disheartened because I can't understand what is in front of me when studying.This book delves into subjects I am not *as confident* as I would like to be but breaks it down in a way where I'm not overwhelmed or frustrated. I have a prep book from a few years ago that I originally started with but I find myself referring back to this one for clarification lol.I haven't found any issues with the spelling or the font for that matter.Overall, this is a MUST HAVE if you are taking the TEAS.

I bought this book for the science section. I had taken A&P 1 and 2 but it was a while ago and I didn’t retain any of the information so basically I needed this book to teach me what I needed to know 100% from scratch. I passed the test with 70% which is really good considering when I took the teas 3 times last year I never got above the 50s and I was actually in A&P 2 at the time. So this book definitely is to credit for my success. However, this book has a lottttttt of errors. Mostly grammar and typos but there were some other major things. One of the practice questions was incomplete, another had two questions in one question, there was a question that the answer wasn't in the answer key and there was an answer key that didn't match up to a question. There were some sections in the study material that just had headings no body text explaining further. I would have given this book a 3 rating due to the fact that it seemed like it wasn't finished or proofread, but I passed the test so I really can't complain.

when I recieved this book, I immedatily started studing. It took me 30 days approx. to go through the book and review to retain the information I learnded. This book did not fail me. I passed the teas exam and got into the RN program! Yes I passed!!!! The book gives you a broad of knowledge so when you come across certain questions you will have a general idea of the information presented on test. The Math portion of the book really does get you prepraed and the practice test are reccomened to take. I disected this book from front to back and it paid off. I am so proud of myself. I start the ADN program in January! If you are planning on going to nursing school this book will help you. The science portion of this book will preapre you for generalized knowledge in all body systems. Thank you SPIRE STUDY!!!

I’m 32 years old and wanting to change careers. I had to take the TEAS as part of my application process to nursing school. I haven’t taken a math class in almost 15 years, so I was definitely nervous! I used this aid and another to help me prepare. I read through the other book entirely and some of this one and took the practice tests. I ended up scoring a 93 on the TEAS, including perfect scores on both the English and math portions! Mind you, the national average is about a 65...If you’re looking for a study guide, this is a good one. The practice tests are more difficult than than the actual TEAS, so if you read through this one and take the practice tests, you will be prepared. Good luck!

I just finished taking the ATI TEAS exam (85%; need 'pass or fail' for my program) and here are my thoughts on the book:I have advice on how this book was helpful as well as the other areas that weren't helpful. This book was very helpful on touching on the topics that will be on the ATI TEAS exam: reading, math, science, and english. If you have taken classes in any of those, this book will touch the basics on everything else. However, they don't go in-depth with the science section and don't provide any pictures (I am a visual learner) so I highly suggest checking out Crash Course videos on YouTube which were VERY helpful if certain subjects are your weaknesses. If you have been out of school for several years, this is a good book in that aspect of the reading, math and english. I would go for another book for the science portion due to the fact that the practice questions made me extremely anxious. The questions in the book should have been on a MCAT prep book. I have a pretty good understanding in A&P/Biology but these questions were absolutely ridiculous compared to the actual ATI TEAS exam questions.The reason I am giving this book three stars is because the science practice exams would give anyone high anxiety going into the exam but 2-3 questions would be on there. If you're like everyone else that is focusing on the science part of the exam, this book isn't the one. I've heard other people use Khan Acadamy and/or Mometrix as a better resource. If your strong suit is A&P/Biology and you need to touch up on reading, math and english; this book will help you. There were a few spelling and grammatically errors while studying.I hope this review helps and good luck to my fellow nursing students!
