Stylish & sleek!
The small fits my miniature schnauzer. I put a separate diaper on, then the wraps for coverage. They hide the ugly diaper and look better. They are not too rough on her legs to where she gets a rash. You can tell they are made of good quality from the moment you open the package. I have not used just the wrap ,so i cannot comment on the absorbency.

Insider Tips For Using "Granny Panties"....
I have fostered dogs from puppy mills for over 10 years and these pitiful sweethearts arrive abused, sick and with no potty training. Not all of them are capable of being potty trained after spending years having to use the cages they are confined to as both a living space and a potty. My 18 year old Yorkie and puppy mill survivor, Ashley, is one of those who just couldn't get the hang of using the outdoor loo. As you can imagine, I have tried numerous female diapers... with little to no success. Then, I found these wonderful diapers that we call "granny panties."It is important for you to know that used alone, they will not absorb the urine. Don't let this discourage you from purchasing them, however. These "granny panties" have a sort of secret compartment in the crotch area that allows for a feminine hygiene pad to be folded up and slipped into the pocket provided. I recommend using a thin, but high absorbency pad. I get mine at the Dollar Store. You just remove the sticky backing and fold the pad in half so that it sticks together. Then fold again so it will fit. At first, it will be difficult to fit a pad into the pocket. But, in no time at all, the pocket will stretch just enough. This is my second order. The first ones that are at least a year old have not become too stretched out to use. We just need more back up "granny panties." They fit nice, are easy to put on, and she can't get out of them. The opening for the tail is even in the right spot. And, we're cleaning up about 98% less urine from our tile. TMI(and helpful?)...if Ashley should decide that a #2 is necessary, she is often able to manage it without making a mess of the diaper. Go figure. You will need to wash them after each time they wet them. I usually hand wash them with something for delicates. I have machine washed them infrequently as well. I do not put them in the dryer though. As for ordering the right size, I've found that having them a little too large is preferable to a tight fit around the belly. Ashley is around 6 pounds and has a thin build. I ordered an extra small but a small works as well.Give 'em a try. I recommend them to all the other foster moms and to the people who adopt my little furbabies.

Great product with a few caveats
Love these! But definitely a few things to be aware of. 1. You will still need pads to put in these...a regular pad cut in half works great. 2. They can still poop out of the diaper. 3. As you can see...I had to use a roach clip to hold her panties up or they scooch to the back and fall off. I attached the clip and string to a comfortable harness that doesn’t put any pressure on her neck. Only takes a few seconds to hook.Otherwise these have saved many a mess!!! They’re super cute and wash up nice. Also very well made. This is an 8lb Yorkie in a “small”

Won't stay on
I loved the designs, but they were so silky they kept sliding off. I ordered large for my 75 lb dog and they were too big. They also require a pad to soak up the urine. I have purchased another brand that works better and doesn't need pads. Too bad, because I love the colors.

Amazing, work great, stay on!
These are amazing! You put your own panty liner or pad inside them - so you control the absorbency. Best feature is that they stay on. I have a rambunctous 50 lb husky & she does not take these off while she is in heat. No more blood leaks in my house. Her waist measures 24 inches around (2 foot girth) & the large fits perfect. We are very pleased with this product and definitely recommend them

They do the job, without rubbing her legs raw!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE CLOTH DIAPERS!!!!!!! I have ordered from several different companies and several different styles of diapers for my 12lb female Shih Tzu. There are several that work, but they are stiff and rub her raw at the top of her hip joint. These are so soft! They also have a built in pocket in the crotch area to stick a CLOTH or paper pad to catch the urine. I am currently using natural cotton paper pads. I have been looking into the stack of cloth ones they now sell as a bundle on Amazon! I really hate doing the diaper thing, but after 2 1/2 years of cleaning up puddles every time my husband gets home from anywhere; work, store, watering a tree for 10 minutes, even taking a shower! I have given in to her happy puddles, and she now wears these during the day! She is fine at night, and is potty trained all except for when she sees her favorite person in the world. If I didn't have carpet I would just let her do her thing and then just wipe it up. I wouldn't put these on without a pee pad in them, they are thinner material, but are still strong and lasting, but that is exactly why I like them, are so soft for her little legs!

Lifesaver
We have a 4 lb teacup Yorkie who tends to "mark." We keep her in a diaper when we're not around, simply adding 1/3 of a maxi pad as a liner. Keep in mind our small yorkie doesn't pee much-- typically just 1-2 TB. This brand of diaper has a strong, durable velcro that wears well even through repeated use and washings. Also, the knit fabric is soft, breathable and comfortable for her. (Some other diapers we've seen are very stiff-- almost like a twill/canvas fabric that does not seem comfortable.) The only thing I'd recommend with this particular brand is the tail opening. I'd prefer it to be more OBLONG vs circular, that way IF the dog happens to poop it doesn't lodge in the diaper. (Again, this is a preference for our dog's situation as it has happened where the poop lodges in the diaper partially, but some comes out making quite a mess.) We've purchased brands where the opening is longer, allowing the tail to come through and also NOT blocking if she happens to poop.

Soft Nonirritating pants for dogs in heat
I’m using these now, it works great for my dog in heat. There is a pouch you can put an adsorbate pad in. I also put a few more panty liners on the inside of the pants. The 3 pack came in handy if the pants shift from her trying to lick herself. They are very soft and do not irate my dogs.
