Delicious. I love it.

There is a strange and very strong chemical smell coming after cooking. I soaked it for 2 hrs and then cooked it, used tap water, different packaged water in cooking but still nothing helps. Can’t even eat a a spoon with such strong smell.Never happened before

I have been using 24 Mantra products for the last year and am quite satisfied with the quality. The toor dal is not polished yellow, but a dull yellow and that's the natural color of dhal. If only the price parity is reached, this is a 5 star product.

I follow a whole food plant based diet/lifestyle and typically use mung beans and lentils to create a breakfast bowl with whole grains. I was hoping to diversify my beans and thought about peas. These were not only the perfect protein source, but also a wonderful value!As you can see, I store my beans in glass jars in the kitchen, but even after filling this large jar I had leftovers to store in my pantry for backup.
