These are a fun art project! Spray or wet paper first, then place squares on top. Spray or wet again, and the colors blend and run out, creating a beautiful background! A word of caution, the color bleeds not just to paper, but to fingers and anything else the squares tough while wet. It’s helpful to put another paper or plastic sheet under your project to protect the table! Also, let the project dry before removing tissue paper squares (see photo)!

Bought these to use for an art project with a second grade class. I was shocked at how small the bag was and nervous that I wouldn’t have enough squares. I was very wrong! They are seemingly never ending! Lol. The kids loved using these and despite how often I’ve used them (20 kiddos in one class and then with several more groups of 2-4 kids) I still have quite a bit left to use. The colors are bright and beautiful. I do recommend using watercolor paper with these, just because it’s thicker. Their faces when they spray them with water and see the color come out is priceless! ...Which makes them spray extra water, hence safety in thicker paper. Great product. Will buy again!

Do Not buy this. Very disappointed in the tiny size squares. Many brown black and white squares instead of the bright variety of colors shown in the picture. I didn’t count but I doubt that there are 480 pieces in this tiny bag. I will be returning. Waste of time and money.

Works amazing! I'm a teacher and used this for a craft (the students are learning about butterflies this week) and they loved it! Wasn't very mess either which was a huge bonus! Definitely will be useing these for more crafts

These work well for staining crafts but I had no idea how little 500 sheets of 1” tissue papers are - the full stack is quite small and I was underwhelmed with the quantity for the cost. I opted to get the larger sheets and cut my own squares instead which was a much better value. But these are easy to use and make for a fun craft with kids

I bought this set of bleeding color tissue paper for my 3 year old granddaughter. These are perfect for her to place in water & watch as the colors change. We use 3 small plastic beakers. I fill 2 of them about 1/3 full with water, then have the third one for mixing. She puts a color square into each beaker with water, stirs to color the water. Then she pour them together in the third beaker to see what the two colors combined will make. So many hours of fun already, and we still have LOTS of squares left.

My daughter likes using these to make pictures with beautiful watercolors. The squares are nicely pre-cut though the bag was a little smaller than I expected, but I will admit I didn't read the sizing closely.

I ordered the 2400 piece bag of 1”. I was shocked at how little actually made up the small bag. I would say this is definitely not worth the price and go for the sheets of bleeding tissue instead. This was way overpriced for what you got.
