The bar is absolutelyamazing! It says that I should be installed in a doorway but you can even put it in between 2 walls. It is very strong and durable and hold the weight of everyone in the family without bending. You need to secure it with screws which makes it very strong.

This was a really useful product for us as my daughter likes gymnastics and this made it so much fun for her. It was super easy to assemble and was very strong. High quality product, loved it. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic - I wish I found it earlier! For some reason I was reluctant to mount this type of bar on wooden door frame, but seeing so many positive reviews I decided to go for it.I've used longer screws than included with the kit to mount, and after installation it feels rock solid.Finally I can get back to pull ups, straight leg raises, spine decompression etc.

I weigh about 90kg and use this as a way to try and increase my height a bit. When I hang on it, there are a few creaks which do concern me a bit, but overall it is sturdy and good. It took me 1-2 hours to install, but this was just to ensure it could handle my weight. To conclude, it takes a while to put together but it is worth it in the end, so its a decent product

The bar offers two options for install. Either just using the plastic grips and outward force against the door jam or a more permanent fixing using two metal cups screwed into the door frame that still allow you to easily remove the bar itself when not in use. Either way the bar is fixed and removed just by twisting it, which extends or retracts the bar ends, exerting force against the door frame. This is pretty effective. To the point that I over tightened it and the door surround cracked apart...oops. The only caveat with these bars are that you of course cant do wide grip pulls.

Works really well. Have in installed in an ordinary wooden door frame.Handles my weight (14st) easily. Comes with everything necessary for installation. You just need a screwdriver, although a predrilled pilot hole will make things easier. When using the bar, make sure you’re always tightening the Bar when doing your pull-up.So underhand and overhand pull-ups will need to be done on opposite sides.

Bastante contento con la compra, sobre todo en relación calidad-precio. La barra es de acero, con agarres de una especie de espuma parecida al caucho, que resulta cómoda a la hora de colgarse, y que impiden que resbales. Se notan buenos materiales, al menos por el momento. La barra pesa y se nota sensación de robustez y calidad.En cuanto al ajuste en los marcos de la puerta, GENIAL. Yo no estaba seguro de que fuera a aguantar sin poner los tornillos que vienen incluidos, pero aguanta perfectamente sin ellos. Trae un sistema de rosca muy sencillo de usar, y en el momento en que lo aprietas, aguanta perfectamente durante toda la sesión de ejercicio.

Esta barra de dominadas hay dos formas de mantenerla sujeta, mediante tornillos o a presión con la goma esa de silicona que lleva. Yo lo apreté al máximo mediante presión y mientras estaba haciendo una dominada me caí con la barra en las manos (sí, los típicos vídeos de gente que se cae haciendo dominadas, pues yo igual XD), seguramente apretándolo con los tornillos se sujete pero a presión con las gomas esas de silicona NO. Si sólo la pueden colocar mediante presión, no la recomiendo.

Sbarra robusta di buona fattura. Inserita tra due muri regge tranquillamente senza mettere tasselli. Sembra ben ferma dopo stretta bene. Consigliata sicuramente.

Articolo decisamente di qualità - lo definerei professionale - e comodità per l'utilizzo in casa. Quello che ho acquistato richiede un vano max 85cm. Controllate in casa vostra. Dovendo già assicurarlo con una vite da legno per parte, suggerisco mettetele tutte 4 quelle fornite (sempre per parte). Molto apprezzato il sistema di installlazione, semplice con rotazione, Ottime le impugnature.

Prodotto arrivato puntualmente . Lo montato sulla porta e devo dire che è stato molto semplice montarlo . Il materiale è di un acciaio molto resistente e la parte della maniglia è molto soffice e morbido . Essendo regolabile la lunghezza della sbarra direi che è compatibile con la maggior parte delle porte o varie.Come si vede da foto il risultato è veramente sensazionale e ha una portata massima di più di 100kgComplimenti

Das Produkt an sich ist gut von der Qualität und der Preis unschlagbar. Leider hat die Anbringung der Stange uns lange zweifeln lassen und es hat auch mehrere Tage gedauert bis sie einsetzbar war. Eine separate Anleidung in der alles Schritt für Schritt erklärt wird war leider nicht dabei. Lediglich ein paar Bilder auf der Verpackung die nicht sehr verständlich waren. Die anbringung der Stange war sehr schwer. Leider ist auch die Sicherheit der Stange nicht gewährleistet da sie nicht wie angegeben das Gewicht eines Erwachsenen hält jedoch das eines Jugendlichen bis zu 50 kg. Bei einem höheren Gewicht löst sich die Halterung.

Also dieser Kauf ist wirklich eine Empfehlung wert.Da die Abwicklung inklusive Versand über Amazon läuft ist - wie gewohnt - alles perfekt gelaufen.Schneller Versand, gute Verpackung... Habe die Klimmzugstange für meinen Freund gekauft da er jerzt im Winter draußen nicht mehr so viel trainieren kann und keine Zeit Hat um ins Fitness Studio zu gehen.Die Klimmzugstange kam schnell und gut verpackt an.Also haben wir die Klimmzug nun im Tührrahmen bei uns im Wohnzimmer eingehängt. Hat sich super leicht montieren lassen ohne Werkzeug. Und hält bis jetzt was sie verspricht. Durch den Grip angenehm an den Händen. Sind zufrieden, für das Geld kann man echt nichts sagen.

Se dovessi comprare un'altra sbarra direi che lo prenderei sempre da questo venditore perché la qualità del prodotto mi ha stupito veramente tanto.É un po' pesantino, ma questo é dato dal fatto che é robusto e resistente e non si sono limitati a materiali scadenti. Rispetto alle sbarre che ci sono nella palestra in cui vado, questa ha un rivestimento morbido ed antiscivolo. Questa caratteristica mi aiuta molto perché si ha una presa ben salda e comoda, permettendomi di fare molte piú ripetizioni per serie.La consiglio a chi vuole allenarsi in casa con le trazioni e altri esercizi simili.Non é necessario che si facciano i buchi nel muro, anche se nella scatola comprende già delle viti, ma alle estremità ci sono due gommini in silicone che vanno a contatto col muro senza rovinarlo (anche estendendo la sbarra al massimo).

Als Frau ist es ziemlich schwer Klimmzüge zu schaffen. Daher habe ich noch zusätzlich zu meiner in die Tür eingehängte Klimmzugstange noch diese bestellt. Diese soll nicht im hohen Türbereich verwendet werden.Was mir aufgefallen ist:- sehr gutes Material und Qualität- einfache Montage (habe sie nur ohne Schrauben verwendet)- Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passtDer Verpackungsinhalt ist die Stange, Schrauben etc. für das feste Anbringen und eine kurze Anleitung.Durch das Drehen an den Enden wird die Stange ausgefahren und sobald die Stange ein wenig im Türrahmen hängt, kann man direkt in der Mitte der Stange drehen und somit die Stange fest einhängen.Ich verwende die Stange hauptsächlich für die Übung „umgekehrtes Rudern“. Dabei sind die Füße auf dem Boden und ich ziehe mich hauptsächlich mit den Rückenmuskeln zur Stange. Die Stange hängt auf Hüft-Höhe.Mit diesem Sportgerät gehe ich fest davon aus, dass ich bald meinen ersten richtigen Klimmzug schaffe!

La barre de traction est facile à poser. Les poignets sont confortables. Les patins antidérapants accrochent très bien sur les montants de porte après serrage. J'ai bien aimé le kit de fixation fournit avec la platine et le guide de centrage. Les vis sont sur la platine et non pas sur la barre comme d'autres. Dans l'ensemble j'ai rien à dire et j'en suis satisfait.

Ich trainiere jetzt schon drei Tage täglich mit dieser Stange und sie hält.In unserer alten Wohnung haben wir Holz Türrahmen, habe mir damals schon eine Klimmzugstange bestellt aber dann wieder über willhaben weiter verkauft- die Holztüren hätten die Belastungen wahrscheinlich nicht ausgehalten- mir war das ganze zu gefährlich.Ich habe die Montage ohne Bohren in Verwendung und bin voll und ganz zufrieden damit. In den Türrahmen würde ich nie Bohren.Ich hoffe falls ich die Stange einmal abnehme das keine Rückstände sind.- kann ich aber derzeit noch nicht bewerten.
