Very little Capsaicin in this product. Mainly a menthol roll on, they need to put a measurable amount of Capsaicin in it for it to be effective for pain. I squeeze some .1 percent Capsaicin on my knee, then use this to spread it around over my knee. Once it's used up, I won't be ordering this product again.

This product is nice because of the roll on use. The relief is almost immediate, but my shoulder arthritis is severe and it didn't work long for me.

Best solution for aches n pains. It works so easily with rollerball and neat too.

About as good as it gets. It is an icy hot product that is powerful and goes a long way. A bit thin coming out of the bottle but covers well and takes very little.

Item arrrived in timely fashion. Item in good condition, but so far didn't work for me. BUT I have a chronic pain condition which I have not found relief for yet. But I would still recommend trying it, you never know.

This is fantastic. If you've never used a capsaicin topical before, it takes a while for your substance p to get acquired to it. It took about 3 weeks for me. Of course I started back in the 80s with Zostrix via a doctor's prescription and around $75 for a little 2 oz. tube. My how things change when patents expire. Of course I was soon growing Jalapenos and making my own version because I simply couldn't afford $75 for the equivalent of a pound of pepper juice mixed into a muscle rub.But about 3 weeks of use and my substance p had been prepped and I was enjoying blessed relief. 35 years later, I'm still using capsaicin containing products, and the relief is blessed!But keep in mind this is a little over 86% water, alcohol and oil. That's expensive water!The active ingredient is capsaicin, and it makes up only .075% of this, that's .225 oz.I can't really justify the price. When I win the $7000 a week for life lotto, then I will justify the price on this product.If you can afford this, it's fantastic, but there are other compound with the same active ingredient for much lower prices.But in my honest opinion, this is a 5 star product, but the price drags it down to 2 or 3 stars at best.If it was three bucks, I'd give it 5 stars plus.
