Simple but amazing!
Such a simple design, yet amazing functionality that seems to be missing from the market. I'm using this to switch between my headset and speakers for my computer. I previously had to swap the cables each time, but now it's just a simple press of a button. So far, no complaints. As others have mentioned, it's a bit of a bummer that the board doesnt have a case. However, designing a case for this would likely be just as much effort as designing the board. I can appreciate the cost savings for just buying a bare board.

Perfect for my needs
Works perfectly. No ground noise like some others complained about. I am using this to have my TV and PC feed to a Bluetooth transmitter, which is the opposite of what I see when someone does to the noise complaint.I do wish there was a box I could put it in but cannot expect that for this price.

Works well. Some crossover feedback/static, but resolvable.
This is exactly what I needed to switch my speaker system from my PC audio output to my Mac docking station audio output. There's little to no attenuation--sound is good quality. But I noticed that when I plug in the 2nd audio input, a faint crossover feedback buzzing starts occasionally. I've switched cables, tested both inputs, etc. Doesn't matter which input is connected, a single connected input is always perfectly clear. But when the 2nd input is connected the feedback starts. I simply resolved this with a four-dollar Ground Loop Isolator that I bought for the car a few years back. Put the isolator on either of the two inputs and feedback is gone. I'll take one star off for the design not accommodating this failure mode. But I'm still happy with the result (better than plugging/unplugging jacks all the time!). It does desperately need an enclosure, though.

Great little board, just what I needed!
I’m no audio pro and I have done no rigorous testing, but I can’t tell any difference in sound quality when using this with my Sennheiser headphones vs. removing this device from the system. Sounds the same to me!No static or other noise is discernable to me except for a slight pop when clicking the button. Much softer pop than when plugging in a cable for instance, but definitely noticeable every time I click the button. Probably not something that a hardware audio switch like this can overcome without some sophisticated correction circuits or logic. So this thing is 5 stars in my book. The pop sound is really minimal. The build qaulity is top notch. I mean this ain’t no shoddy soldering. Connectors are nice and firm with a good *snap* when you plug in a cable. I ordered two more. Need some heatshrink plastic wrap to seal these boards up!

Terrible
Terrible. When you plug in 2 inputs, you hear the selected input at 100%, the unselected at about 10% and a horrible 4khz high pitch sound at about 30% volume. If you reverse the connections it does the same exact thing with the "other" input. So it defeats the purpose, you can switch inputs, but one input will always sound terrible.

Works suprisingly well
I needed to switch a pair of speakers between two computers. I put the three plugs in (two computer cords and one to the speakers) and voila it works. I didn't camouflage or contain the exposed switch components in box or anything. It sits right there on my desk and does the trick. I did have to use some plastic ties to anchor the cords so they didn't pull out of the switch, but otherwise set up took only about two minutes.

OK switch
it what it's supposed to but i can't get rid of the line noise from my car.

WEIRD LOOKING BUT WORKS!
After searching through many more expensive & complicated versions, I was skeptical about this...thing-a-ma-jig.It is barebones little circuit board "switch" that does exactly what I need it to...two inputs (monitor-tv & desktop computer)/one ouput (powered speaker array) on A/B springloaded pushbutton trigger switch.Put in a tiny static free bag with small holes for the thin cables, and I was good to go.Not the nicest aesthetic, but it works.
