Lower carbs
Lower cabs than BariWise, but there are no oatmeal flakes. Just powder. Taste is good. I always add butter and 2 eggs

Very similar to the ideal protein oatmeals

Tasty and only 1 gram of sugar
It doesn't taste like regular oatmeal but I did not expect that it would but it does taste good and with only 1 gram of sugar as a diabetic I can enjoy it guilt free.
