A favorite around our house. Going to the coffee shop can get expensive. Having this at home makes an authentic blended matcha a joy to make and enjoy.

This matcha is delicious, and it is the same one that my local coffee shop uses. I blend a few heaping tablespoons of this up with water to get it dissolved, and then add milk. This would be a pain to do without a blender or mixer because you would have to dissolve the sugary powder in warm/hot water first, then add milk. But it is super easy with a mini blender. All that being said, for >$40 I was expecting more powder.

I’ve tried other matcha powders but they are all very bitter. A shop local to me makes a great matcha late (I like mine iced) and they told me they use this one. It’s really great. I don’t have a milk frosted because That’s much more effort than I’m trying to put in. All I do is bring to a boil about a quarter cup of water. I put two spoonfuls of the matcha powder into it after it’s boiled and use a small whisk to combine. I debated getting a wood whisk but the small metal one works well. Then I put the mixture into a cup with ice and add milk so the cup is filled. I use almond milk, but it’s all about preference. It’s really great, has a sweet component to it. It’s my favorite treat that I drink. And it’s very simple and takes less than five minutes.

I ordered this because I wanted an easy matcha recipe. It’s premixed, I wouldn’t say it’s the healthiest matcha recipe but it’s a matcha latte mix that makes it super easy to make and drink. One of my favorites!

I first had this matcha when we went to a coffee shop on the board walk in ocean city, New Jersey . It was so good and we couldn’t wait to go back and buy the bag they had but when we asked how much they told us we couldnt buy the bag . We were so sad. I was so happy when I found it on Amazon. I honestly haven’t had matcha this good and I can’t stop drinking it. It’s a problem . I was mad at first because I thought the shipping was late but it came just in time but my dum dum self didn’t realize I had to pick it up because I have a P.O. Box. I will definitely be buying this product again and I will never drink any other matcha besides this brand. Amazing.

I had a protein drink at my health club and they use this mix. It was so delicious that I had to buy it for home. I love it, such a treat. It’s a splurge calorie wise, but worth it. I would love a lighter version in the future.

My favorite coffee shop taught me how to make my favorite frappe because I was always at their shop buying them. This is what they used and it is delicious! Now I can make them at home anytime night or day.
