Very elegant and sturdy. All my life was a devote fan of JCrew clips but they changed a couple years ago and are very inferior in grip, color and quality so sad. Have been searching for new clips past couple of years (tried many) and have finally found the perfect ones. Elegant color, very sturdy grip with tight teeth perfect for Fine hair either thin or thick. Also just found great ones at Anthropology but these are a better price point and slightly better grip.

These clips look pretty and can hold a lot of thick hair, but the material seems brittle. One of the two arrived broken, and the spring holding the two pieces together had only been connected to the sides of the clasp with glue.EDIT: The seller gave me a refund on the broken clasp promptly.

I wear my hair up in the hospital every day and I prefer using these clips over hairties. They are so comfortable and stylish. I have had them for months and the quality is great, still holding up with all the prongs. Highly recommend for those who like to wear their hair up
