World Globe

Smaller than expected

We bought this globe as a Christmas gift for our 5-year-old son, and he absolutely loves it. It has quickly become one of his favorite things in the house. He enjoys spinning it, pointing to different countries, and asking questions about the world. What I love most is that it helped him understand where we live and where our extended family lives across the world. Now he can actually see the distance and proudly shows visitors where everyone is. It’s been such a fun and meaningful way to spark conversations about geography, cultures, and family. The size is great for little hands, the colors are clear, and it feels sturdy enough for a young child. Highly recommend this as an educational yet fun gift for kids.

Decent little globe. I saw in the photos and videos that the surface is pretty glossy. I thought that was cool, but in use, not as cool. Can make it hard to read, but not hard to overcome. Writing is pretty small. I have to use something to magnify it, even with strong reading glasses. But I didn't want a huge globe, so this is all fine.

Really a good little reference to put the physical world into perspective. For instance, why do we fly from California over Quebec to get to Europe, or why does it take sooo long to fly to Australia? It’s small enough to go on a shelf or desktop without dominating an area. This is just what I was looking for.

Great item

It’s really tiny and thus difficult to read - had to return it. My fault for not understanding how small 8 inches is “on a global scale” . Nothing wrong with seller, ad or product otherwise.

bought this 8-inch Juvale World Globe for my son, and it’s perfect for his desk. The size is just right — easy for him to see and spin without taking up too much space. The colors are bright, it’s sturdy, and the price was exactly what we needed. Great little globe for helping him learn geography!

This globe has incorrect geographical maps. It’s not original maps as per UN. Kashmir has been shows as independent nation and removed from India. It looks like some other counties also have similar issue.

Great for the kids.

Para niños es perfecto. Se nota que es plástico de poco peso, pero esta bastante bien por ese precio si no quieres nada exigente. Hay países que no se leen bien con la letra rosa. Habría que cambiar el color de la letra de los países. Por lo demás, muy válida.
