ELING 2" Digital GPS Speedometer Odometer with Red Backlight 12V 24V for RC Car Dirt Bike Van Marine Boat

I was looking for a replacement for one of my speedometers on my ski boat and I wanted a GPS replacement. I needed something that could handle water exposure, had a large digital readout and fit into one of the 2 existing water pressure powered speedometers holes in my dashboard and was not overpriced. Reading the reviews I wasn't exactly sure what I would get but in the end it has been great. I mounted the GPS receiver under the dashboard. Everything works great including the night navigation backlight. It is a red color but that is not a big deal. I have so say I am very happy with the result. Once on the lake it take almost no time to get a GPS signal after the initial 10-20 second start up even after turning the engine on and off many times with skiers in the water. It is accurate enough for my use as I am not pulling slalom skiers through a course but in combination with a traditional speedo I suspect it would be plenty accurate. The trip resets when the power is lost and there is also an non-resetable odometer and a little compass. But all I really needed was a large digital GPS readout. All-in-all very happy!

Easy set up and use. Seems to be quite accurate as well. Works well for my pupose.

this is the second unit I have used. I have fitted it to my motor cycle and find it very accurate, easy to read and functional

My poor-man's perfect pass for my boat. Gives a much more accurate speed than the manual speedos on a boat, and it was very easy to install. Took about 10 minutes. Gauge looks good, only issue is that in a bright sunlight its a little difficult to read the numbers. Otherwise it works great, and the backlight gives good readability to the gauge at dusk.

I’ve been using this in my semi for a quarter of a million miles with no complaints. Will buy again if this one ever quits.

It was easy to install and is very accurate. My biggest issue is the description clearly states that it is an odometer function only which is what I needed. They sent one with the trip function where it clear after power is off. Amazon sent me a second one which had the same problem. I contacted Eling and they stated I would need to return it and order directly from them. The product does not fit the description which is false advertising. Needed up having to order from another company.

This is more then what I could ask for (love it) Came fast, installed fast, looks good and speed matched my GPS speed and direction of travel. The original pressure tube speedometer did not start showing a speed till about 8-10 mph and it was also off by 5 to 10 mph also no more in water pickup tubs to be damaged or clogged.

Installed this in an old truck primarily for the odometer in order to keep up with oil changes. Tried a cheaper one first, but it would randomly reset. So far, this one has held all travelled miles even after sitting a few days with the power off.
