Yes, you can stitch the tape on then, fuse it to the wrong side of your jeans.

Q: Is there a fusible side?

Yes, one side is fusible. It looks kind of shiny and the non-fusible side doesn’t. Follow the fusing directions on the package. It’s wonderful for necklines, sleeve scyes, anything curved that you don’t want to stretch out of shape while you’re working on your project. Can also be used on knits.

Q: Can you use on woven fabric?

The purpose of this tape, in my opinion, is to provide a little support for knit fabric/stabilize shoulder seams, etc. it should stick to a woven fabric but the woven fabric will not stretch so you might be better off cutting strips of fusible woven interfacing.
