Please please please do not spend or waste your money I work hard for my money as we all do, I was eager to maintain my fitness journey and the name of this product really stood out, the pill is sooooo huge, I broke it in half but it still made me gag and scratched my throat it is not worth it at all, and this was my first time even trying it I don’t know how I will be able to have the rest honestly please don’t even buy this it’s not worth the pain. I rarely leave reviews but this one it is so bad.

I will say that these tablets are hard to swallow but not impossible. Because they are a large and dry tablet, they can get a little stuck on your tongue or the roof of your mouth and then get stuck as you swallow, but with a mouthful of water and a flick back of the head they do go down. I have not noticed any particular additional weightloss with them, but they certainly do help me fall asleep and have a good nights rest. As someone with an overactive brain who struggles to fall asleep, this is a big benefit. I wake in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead.

As many products on the market hits and miss for 100% success rate. Everyone is unique. With my own diet thar I am using and using 2 tablets at night. Yes they may on the big side but when you're taking medication four times a day and exercise is very limited to someone with fibromyalgia. These I believe has taken a.much desired effect and achievement. I'm on my second bottle since January 2025 and will continue to order in the fure as I have noticed that I don't even crave for at night or even feel the need to want food that helps put my weight on. I will have these as treats now and then but if want too.

These are very large tables, too large to swollow so found it easy to dissolve in water then drink. Too early to say if they work in anyway only taken over the last couple of days.

I bought these as they were less expensive than the usual ones I buy and come from America. They were delivered yesterday. Recommended two tablets 45 mins before bed. I was startled to see the size of the tablets. They are huge. So big in fact they are difficult to swallow even when broken in half. Very dry and chalky texture which is another reason I find them difficult to swallow. Almost gagged taking them. I can literally feel them in my throat. They are not capsules. I would not recommend these tablets to anyone with GERD, esophagus hernias or any other esophageal problems or swallowing problems. I dont know if I will be able to continue using them to be honest. They dont taste bad. There is a bit of a fruity aftertaste which I could still taste the next day. Back to my usual capsules even if they do cost £30 more because they worked.

I thought I'd give these the another chance when my first bottle did nothing, so I bought a second bottle. Unfortunately still no results. They might work for some people, but did nothing for me. I would add that some reviews said they were a choking hazard, I didn't find this, but the tablets are large, chalky and a wee bit difficult to swallow. I think 'choking hazard' is a little bit harsh though. I didn't lose any weight at all, but that's not to say they won't work for someone else - just my experience.
