I did a ton of research on this product beforehand, so Barlowe’s really is second to none in terms of quality. You’re actually getting what’s in the bottle. This product is highly referenced for its benefits on testosterone, which I felt a noticeable increase in - but this is a hormone optimizer. It is referenced in studies to reduce cortisol and bring down estrogen (at least in men) as well. All of the above hit for me. I’m a guy, 31 l, and I feel more focused, relaxed, and clear with a few notches uptick on drive, endurance, and libido. I take 1 600mg per day with breakfast, I see no need for myself personally to take it on an empty stomach. Make sure you get at least some exercise on it and good nutrition too, it’s not going to replace the basics. I also feel like I get better sleep on it.

I have been using this product now for about 6 months. It absolutely does provide a sense of wellbeing and energy level increase. It increases my libido and helps in the bedroom.

6/25/2025 Update: been taking this for years but the dosage change is too much for me. This stuff just makes me feel happy. Everything feels Great! 1-2 months on 2 weeks off cycle. Pros Increase libido Well being Helps with training Cons Dosage changed to 700mg, take every other day or I get a little edgy.

Great Products!

This was part of the stack that I really wanted to try out after listening to Huberman. I'll have to say that it was not quite noticeable at first, but at around the 1 month mark, I've noticed a significant increase in strength and endurance. My lifts were stagnant for almost 4 years, and this certainly seemed to help. My T-levels were probably on the lower end, so I think it really did help.

I'm a 55 year old type 1 diabetic. been lift weights for two decades at least. hit 50 and my energy levels were going down when I was hitting the weights or at work. now I have more energy and stamina. not like I did in my 20's, but noticably better. I cycle it one day off, one day on, seems to work better for me
