Columbian - Rio Grande Roasters 3 Lb. Bag Whole Bean Coffee

Holy Smoly, this is some good stuff!!! I can't believe the beautiful deep rich chocolaty smell in exudes from bean to brew , and then the taste... pure chocolate nirvana!!! We just bought a bag last week and are almost out!!! I use a Cuisinart bur coffee maker and brew several pots of it a day for my family and I. It is just crazy good and I will be buying again!!! Also want to note several things about this coffeethat may help those you hunt for The Bean. With this particular flavor and roast, The stronger you make the coffee, the more pronounced the chocolate flavor becomes. Secondly, it is very smooth and have a wonderful lingering chocolaty aftertaste in your mouth. Lastly, the coffee will stay fresh if you close up the bag after use and then place the bag in an air tight canister or Tupperware... it even recomends doing this on the bag😉 My recommendation is if you love chocolate and you love coffee, then buy this roast!!!

Taste isn’t as good as other piñon coffee, tastes artificial. I know pretty much all piñon is artificial now due to the shortage. It’s not bad, and cheaper than other brands.

Cofee smells like cholocate, but does not have the chocolate taste.

My wife and I both enjoyed this coffee. We have a new grind and brew coffee maker and this was an excellent flavor!

Okay, I may sound like a commercial but this stuff is amazing.I saw this on Amazon and took a chance and bought two bags for my husband because on a recent trip to Santa Fe he fell in love with pinon coffee. And that's saying a lot because he's always been a 'regular' coffee guy.... so I called this amazing because Rio Grande Roasters was finally able to get him to step away from the Big Red Can and start exploring specialty coffee.I even got him a burr grinder so now he can be a true coffee snob whenever he wants :-)Plus I get lots of great iced coffee.Side note: he never asks for much (so he's super hard to shop for to begin with) but after his first few cups of this he actually asked me if I'd get him some more. So five stars for opening the doors on a whole new world for the man I love, and also for the super fast delivery and friendly service.BTW ....my first order was for 2 bags and I just ordered and received another 2 bags.....12 pounds of coffee beans. I mean, who has 12 pounds of coffee beans in their house?Thanks Rio Rosters for a great product.....y'all gotta try this!
