Horrible pad. No matter how I adjust the straps, it is uncomfortable and ill fitted at a dead stand. When I bend the knee, it is incredibly restrictive and stiff. Certainly not suitable for dance. Seller unresponsive to return request, claim filed.I decided to put down a bit more money for a flesh colored set of pads made using a soft, stretchable material (the felt ones listed for $25) and couldn't be happier!
