It worked perfectly for my sister's roof repairs that I made around her roof vents etc. it's really goohy and won't be useful using a roller. You'll need a paint brush to apply it.

Good product

I used this on near-flat roof flashing between a steep roof and turret intersection. Smells like diesel and or kerosene, so for outdoor use only IMHO. Very messy - must have disposable, durable gloves and disposable putty knife or similar. Okay, so you could clean it up with mineral spirits, but it is very gooey and sticky, which makes it great for hard-to-see flashing/roof applications where water and leaks are a problem. But I'd be hard pressed to use it in a place where aesthetics are important - or with tools and equipment that I wanted to re-use. Definitely fixed the leak where there was a nail penetrating the flashing and water tended to pool. You just need to be prepared with a small drop cloth/cardboard/plastic; mineral spirits if you get it on your skin or someplace you don't want it; and the willingness to dispose of any equipment it touches. I re-sealed it and it kept well for 6 months when I used the remainder.

This is thick and sticky as tar. You can, if not careful, get it on boards around the roof which may be hard to get off, but if applied properly your leak in the roof will be sealed up.

Easy application, bonds well, permanent leak stoppage.

This sealer works great.
