Great product
Wow, this is so much better than what we can get in our local grocery store. This is our go-to Christmas gift for friends and grown children.

Wonderful flavor
Best we have found so far. We use it on hummus, frittata , etc. Very versatile and enhances the flavor of many dishes.

Awesome taste
Best aged balsamic I ever tasted! A little pricey but I think it's worth it. Could buy it significantly cheaper in the Italian market area of Philadelphia.

Delectable and Rich
This is a thick rich balsamic that complements sweet and savory. It’s not made to be poured on salad greens. It’s delicious as a glaze for salmon, with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and high quality olive oil, as well as an ice cream or dessert topping. Our first bottle lasted over 13 years. It’s so rich, you don’t need a lot.

Great Balsamic at reasonable price.
I’ve been a fan of this type of Balsamic vinegar for nearly 8 yrs. I really won’t use any other. I look forward to the day I can migrate from IGP to DOP to truly taste Balsamic vinegar.

Delicious
Very good quality, the consistency is thick as it should be, low, acidity, very good balsamic, this is not for cooking , only a small drizzle on salads, bread, cheese.

No indication on product of years aged
Nothing on this bottle or packaging indicates it’s been aged 12 years or more as required. When I’m paying this much for a bottle of vinegar, it should definitely (proudly) indicate the time aged somewhere, in any language! Will not purchase again.

best balsamic ever
This balsamic is so yummy. It comes out thick like syrup because it's just that good. Sweet and savory, no acidic taste like store bought balsamic. I know its pricey but a little goes a long way. This is my second time purchasing this vinegar. You won't be disappointed.
