Works just fine on Day 1
It was a gamble when I bought it, but hasn't let me disappointed me on Day 1 with all functions work normally as per original remote. I had 2 original Mitsubishi AC remotes bought from authorised dealers but both failed despite not using them much and taking the extra care of removing the batteries when not in use for longer times. The packaging was minimalistic and did not include even have the bare minimum Amazon branding. I was lucky that the remote came undamaged despite that being the case.Will update back a few months on the health of the remote.

Too small display, not for senior citizens.
The media could not be loaded. Keep it in mind that it's not same like original.If your remote totally damaged than only you have to buy this.Otherwise repaire it is good option.It's not satisfactory product.But let's check how much time it will be working good or not.

Updated review: Second remote sent works very well!
The media could not be loaded. Update: I received a replacement remote 5 days after I received the first remote, which did not turn on at all! The second remote sent came with batteries inside so thanks for that! Props to the seller for the small gesture but this means, it is proof the remote will work. And it did! My Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC turned on fine and I was able to change the settings.Older review, 1st unit sent: Package came quick but poorly packed. See photos. Just a plastic wrapping and that too had a torn sticker. Clearly a used packaging or remote. Straight away I put in two new batteries. Wouldn't even turn on! Forget about testing it with my AC, remote showed no sign of power! Tried another set of batteries. Nothing. Even the main power button is pathetic. Sometimes when you press it, it just stays pressed in. See the video. Writing this review after just 30 mins of receiving the product. Immediately requested a replacement. I will demand a refund if the second unit also does not work.

Worked fine
I was reluctant earlier whether or not a remote from Amazon will work exactly like my original mitsubishi remoteSurprisingly it worked exactly like my original remote . The only issue is with display screen, it is tooo small in comparison to original remote I can't read it's screen till I wear my reading glass, otherwise all is well & good with this remote.
