This model was very well labeled. The directions were easy to follow. It didn't take very long to put together.

It looks nice, but I have purchased pre-built buildings that look far nicer. It is much bigger than it needs to be for just a fire station. I put on the optional hose drying tower. It is about 5 inches taller than the roof. I chose the modern roll up doors for mine. They don't move. They are made of clear plastic which makes them look like glass. I painted mine to look like a true roll up door. There is an option of "wooden" doors for an early age look. Those doors can be placed to allow opening and closing. The HO Scale fire truck in the picture doesn't come with the kit. I placed it in the picture to show that the doors are too narrow to be in scale for the HO Scale fire trucks.
