We bought this for our son when he was about 2 years old. He's 7 now and it has gone through another wild child since then. My son loves this for his sandbox. This was the perfect addition and extends his playtime. At first glance the material isn't the sturdiest but gets the job done. Would recommend spraying the movable parts down with WD-40 or silicone spray from season to season.
