Great product for Your kidneys

This stuff definitely works for me. I drink a cup of tea in the morning and find it easier to urinate throughout the day. It does seem to have a diuretic effect, so the first couple of hours after that cuppa, I'm heading to the bathroom a couple of times an hour. Then things settle down to normal. The taste is very mild, almost non-existant. So, I couple it with anything kind of tea just for flavor.

Like most people my age, I suffer from BPH, which means frequent nocturnal urination. I had been taking saw-palmetto for several months but had seen fair results. Within a week of drinking a daily Nettle Root infusion [while continuing saw-palmetto capsules], my nocturnal urination frequency went from 3-5 to 1-2! I would like to stress that natural remedies like this affect people to varying degrees and times for effectiveness to kick in. As far as the taste, well I add some Stevia and lemon juice to the infusion, and down the hatch!
