Excellent quality drone for beginners
One of my work colleagues has a drone which he spent upwards of £600 on but some of the pictures he takes with it are breathtaking. I too wanted to get into photography with a drone but I wanted to not have to shell out too much money, just in case I decided that it wasn’t for me.So, I picked some this one based on the positive reviews on this model and the white model.Setting up was simple. Simply charge the battery via the supplied USB mini cable. The flashing light on the battery indicates when it is charging and when it is fully charged. Rather handily it also comes with a spare battery.Through indicators details in the quick start guide - these indicators being sound and the flashing lights on the drone - it will inform you as to what states of setup the drone is in, from pairing to the controller to calibration of the drone with the controller. In flight, through the same indicators it will inform you when battery is low, and even when it is about to die meaning that an emergency landing is imminent. It takes a bit of time to learn all the signals but it’s very effective overall. The quick start guide was enough to get me going. I didn’t need to calibrate it at all but it tells you clear enough how to do that should your drone start behaving unexpectedly or if it needs to be calibrated for its first ever flight.Once in flight it is an absolute joy to watch. It is fairly quiet and it glides effortlessly around. I haven’t tried any manoeuvres of any sort but I’m having fun all the same just taking off, flying about slowly and landing.Battery life seems good. I haven’t let it run low yet as I am just getting on it for 15-20 mins at a time and then charging up straight away after use.I also haven’t yet tried using it via the GPS app on my phone. This I will try next and then look to update my review. I am having enough fun at the moment just using the controller - which is a high quality solid build and is very responsive. It also comes with a high quality carry case which, when folded up, the drone and controller, as well as the spare battery and backup propellers will easily fit snuggly into. This is an excellent quality drone for beginners.

Great drone, cheap price and you get exactly as advertised.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. When this first arrived I didn't have too much expectations for an 80 quid drone. It came in a nice compact case with plenty of spare parts, 2 batteries and an instruction manual. The drone itself flies well, all features on the controller work just as you'd expect. First time set up was pretty simple and easy and the drone was up in the air as soon as I got the box. The app worked fine and was pleased to see how good the camera quality was, I mean sure it isn't 4k 60fps but you have to know that this is a toy drone, not a professional drone.Connection stability is actually pretty good at around a 100m distance, although if you go around 150 metres the drone will lose connection with the app and will return to home. Which speaking about return to home it works better than you'd expect. For a drone that's around 78 grams not only does it stabilise really good in the air in GPS mode, it holds its own when coming back to its starting point. Battery life is also as advertised, around 30~ minutes and once it's at around 15% it will automatically fly up around 20 metres into the air and return to home.In conclusion, buy this drone if you want to have fun flying around a park or house, you can take some pretty cool videos with it like the one I have attached to this review.

Utter crap cheap waste of money!
When drone goes out of range, it doesn't automatically return as advertised.Requested refund and sent back all apart from the drone.Utter waste of time, effort and money getting this...it's cheap and in Chinese for a reason!

Thought it was a; Brilliant cheap drone
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I brought this drone as an exercise aid for my staffy who dislikes boring walkies. I have to say it’s pretty amazing. If you’re strict in following the instructions, the drone will stay put in its place far better than I expected. It’s so easy to fly and the 30m safety net feature is so useful when first getting used to controlling it. It’s nippy and can handle a bit of wind, although as it’s a lightweight drone, I wouldn’t fly it in a strong wind. I’m extremely impressed, as is my pooch. Unfortunately on day two the propeller decided to seize up, this was on its third flight. Now downgraded to one star :(

Does not fly safely!
The drone for the first 5 minutes or so flys perfectly then it looses control and flys off I random directions and is not controllable. It seems like this is a dangerous bug with the drone. We have tried to fly it 3 times and each time we have lost control where it will fly off. This drone should have altitude hold and GPS it should not be possible to loose control.

Do not buy this drone
Dont get this drone. I flew it a few times and it was alright. I went out to a more rural area to fly it it got above some trees 30 meters away (not in beginner mode) and then lost connection whilst I was using gps. I used the auto home feature and i could hear it flying off but could not see on the camera where it was, until it just disappeared and I looked for over an hour for it and it wouldn’t connect to my phone nor the remote. 2 days of ownership and the drone lost itself due to faulty software and design And I lost my £110 I paid

Terrible
Do not buy, cannot fly at all with the slightest wind, certainly not a product for the uk, maybe could be okay as an indoor drone
