I have been using this product for over a year and have been able to tell the difference in my nails in particular. I had been using a product that didn’t have keratin and didn’t get the results I was looking for. This product has both the biotin and keratin needed for healthy hair, skin, and nails. When I use this product daily I have much less trouble with brittle and cracked nails.

I really have no idea if it's working. The price is reasonable compared to other products (except the discontinued Nature's Bounty Healthy Hair (which was gloriously cheap and not the same as Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails at all). I'll never forgive them.) Anyway, the price isn't bad, but keep in mind you have to take four rather large pills a day, so 120 tabs only lasts a month. I'd like to know if generic "solubilized protein" or "solubilized keratin" are the same as "cynatine", as pills with the generic are definitely less expensive and cynatine appears to be the tested magic ingredient.
