Fantastic Performance Part
I recently had the pleasure of installing this on my D15 Honda Del Sol.THIS IS A PERFORMANCE PART, NOT YOUR STANDARD OEM REPLACEMENT. PLEASE READ.To start, this is a FANTASTIC performance application for your Honda build. It is a MASSIVE intake manifold in comparisson to the factory application, offering a dramatically increased flow rate, one of the key parts to performance. Mine is paired up with the 70mm Alpha Series Throttle body, and I recommend this. Throttle response is immediate, and the increase in power is substantial . Anyone serious about building a true performance Honda, this is the way to go. (It will set you apart from the "ricer")Overall, without a dyno tune yet (and some other modifications) I am looking at a 30%+ power increase. Granted this is by no means my ONLY upgrade, but I would contribute a large piece to this. Some people are more worried about sound (which doesn't make much sense to me) but for those of you out there, this gives you a deep throaty tone, and accents your engine noise. This will also carry through to deepen your exhaust tone, for those of you worried about that.I am a mechanic, one who has been in the high performance realm for some time. Whenever you buy something of this nature, even if it is "made for your car" some fabricating has to be done. I just want to give anyone who is buying this a heads up before getting frustrated after purchasing.-Some things for my application that had to be modified for fitment-MAP Sensor is relocated, and will need some wiring added to make it to it's new location. It will also need shaped (Carefully) with a dremmel to fit into it's new location.- The Throttle Cable Bracket will need to be reversed, as it is relocated an inch left on this part.- There are no gaskets included, I recommend buying an Intake, Fuel Injector O Rings, and Throttle Gasket- You will need some 1/8" bore vacuum line for the EGR Valve Vacuum Line being relocated (13") and you will need T offs for the Fuel pressure regulator Vacuum line, and the Return Coolant line from the Throttle Plate.- The original hose clamp for the Intake Coolant return line will not work, as it is a clamp style to large to fit in the smaller gap between intake and manifold. You will need to get the traditional tighten-by-screw hose clamp.

Excellent purchase for the D15B7
Installation was pretty straightforward. I had previously rerouted my coolant lines from my throttle body and such, so I did minimal rerouting here. Paired with the Alpha Series 70mm throttle body, these were a significant upgrade over stock. A few minor modifications needed, nothing major: pcv was not necessarily relocated, but now kinda suspended in limbo, throttle cable bracket needed modification, and IAT sensor needed to be relocated. The IAT bung on the manifold was a bit small for the sensor so I plugged the bung with a short screw and relocated my sensor to my intake piping just before my throttle body. All other components; fuel rail, injectors, etc were a direct swap. (95 EG sedan). The manifold port is also a tad smaller than the throttle body and would benefit from a quick port match; shave down about 2mm and done. Noticeable difference off the bat in mid range and top end, better throttle response as well. I will be tuning it all up with Neptune before too long. This combined with complete header-back exhaust and cold air intake, I would guess about 20 horses have been added.

Great performance part
I purchased this item to finish a auto to manual conversion on a D16Y8. This product is great. I have read that in order to actually get the best of this you need to increase the fuel pressure, and that the Edelbrock one doesnt. I didnt get that far. This intake worked for me and I noticed the difference and the increase in low to mid range rpm & horse power. Depending on your goals I do recommend this product. On a D16Y8 want really difficult to figure out where each piece hose went, So in that sense it was pretty easy to install.

Worth the purchase, Great product as expected.
"update" so the coolant tube barb that was loose once rethreaded with a bigger one and was sealed, there has been no issues ever since. no leaks everything performing well, great product noticeable difference !! cant wait to order my skunk2 stage 2 camshaft and skunk2 cam gear as well.

Poor Quality THAT DONT LAST!
I purchased this skunk2 intake manifold for my d series N/A build 6 weeks ago. I finally got the build complete day before yesterday. Towed my car to the tuner shop and during the tuning process the water port on the back of the manifold popped off. Amazon won't return it because I past 30days. I called skunk2 and directly spoke with them and they said I'm out of luck that Amazon holds those warranties. Poor quality! The mods to my build include header back exhaust, skunk2 intake manifold, throttle and adjustable cam gear. Aem fuel rail and pressure regulatior. I have a small bullfrog cam and an ingen intake tuned on s300. Not the craziest build

There are no part of hardware that comes with this item
This intake manifold was easier to install then I thought. If you are not familiar with this part there are a couple things you need to buy - intake manifold gasket and fuel injector o rings for the intake manifold other than that you’ll need to block off a couple of things on it I just used a screw to block off the sensor location on the right side of the intake manifold and and everything else hooked up the way it needed. The last thing that might be a little difficult is that some of the mounting bolts for the intake manifold are difficult to tighten down due to the lack of space to turn the wrench I was only able to make small turns at a time. And if your installing a new throttle body and your car isn’t idling correctly loosen the idle screw (flat had screw at top of throttle body) 2 full turns from the seated point. Everything else is straight forward.

Love it!
Perfect fit! Note: if you have D series there’s going to be a hole on the driver side when you put it on. Plug that hole with a bolt or it’ll have high idle.. other than that easy to bolt up!

Needed to modify mine
Had to do a few modifications for it to fit but in the end I got it done. I had to relocate my brake splitter and I had to cut a corner of the flange for it to bolt to the engine. I have an integral so I don't know if it's the same for anybody
