My Senegal Loves This!
I have two of these - one the bathroom mirror and other inside the glass shower door. First one purchase several years ago & holding up perfect. We tried other brands with the single perch sticking out and she hated them. For some reason she really likes the "U" shape. I think because she can walk back & forth. It definitely does not stick to tile, but is very secure on glass.

Very nice!
I was looking for a small perch to put on our big window in the living room. We get a nice view into the yard that everyone in our household loves, including the cats. Our green cheek conure needed her own spot as well. She gets a lot of supervision and I don't dare leave her alone with the cats. This perch is everything I want it to be. It's not rough in a way to trim nails which I like so my girl doesn't hurt her feet. We've had some outside bird visitors come and say hi at this second level window. While we get nasty smoke from the Canadian fires, I can still have my girl near the window when we can't go outside.

My Parakeet really enjoys this.
I bought this for my spoiled little parakeet. He loves to visit my windowsills. I do feel if the company made this in a size x-small, that would have been even more suitable, but he really enjoys this, so I bought 2 more! This is probably best suited for cockatiels and conures....but your parakeet will still love it. It is worth the higher price....as it is made well and has a very comfortable textured grip. It is more of a molded hard rubber verses a hard grit. It stays put. I did use an alcohol wipe on the window surface and also wet the suction cups to get a strong seal. I really like that it is a semi-circle. He seems to happily pace back and forth on it. The color in the listing shows pink....but it is actually more of a purple/pink. I wish they gave "choices" of colors as I use mine in a family room and not as a shower perch.

WET the Suction Cups!
When I received this, I immediately hung it in the shower, with careful placement on tiles, but before the day was over I heard a big crash from the bathroom and it had fallen to the floor of our tub. I thought it was a dud!The next day, my wife hung it again on the shower walls, this time WETTING the suction cups (which I had not done), and it stayed in place for nearly a month now.So in the end, it WORKS! It is really nice and heavy, but I was afraid maybe a bit too heavy for the TWO suction cups. But if you remember to WET the suction cups first, it appears to stay in place just fine. At least it has so far...

My Third
I tied a toy over the suction cups to keep the naughty birds from pulling it loose. After the second toy they seem to have lost all interest in the suction cups. I now have 3 of there and love them. I have one on a window, one on the bathroom mirror and one in the shower.

Beware: Suction cups come out
I’m so disappointed!! I was so excited to get this perch, the perch itself is good quality. The only issue I have is that the suction cups keep coming out of the perch which makes it unusable. I’m so sad! The suction cups are attached to screws that slide into place but they won’t stay in. Disappointing is an understatement. I wish it worked :(.

Perfect for my cockatiels and conures
The media could not be loaded. Love this perch! It is so much nicer for my birds than just one straight stick, they love to walk back and forth across it. This perch has been in my shower for about a month and a half now, and not once has it fallen off (even when I consistently hit my head on it when I reach down for my soap, lol). I also think the texture is super great for their feet. Not too rough like the sandpaper you will get on some of them, but still rough enough so they can keep a good grip the whole time. I might buy another to use as a window perch too!

Not much of a shower perch, great window perch!
I tried multiple ways of sticking it to my shower's wall including the "dry surface, wet suction cup" way and after a few seconds it falls. I have a smooth tile-like wall surface too so I was surprised with all of the good reviews.Be careful, this item weighs quite a bit. Please be confident with how it sticks before setting your bird on it, they could easily get injured in the shower.Great product if you want something for a window, but unfortunately not what I was wanting one for.
