How many ounces are in your cup when you prepare it as directed?

180 ml is the recommended brew = 6 ounces. But it is sort of strong. I use an 8 ounce cup and is perfect for me. I think you can make up to a 12 ounce brew with one capsule. It all depends on your preferece.

What are the ingredients?

I loved the taste of this coffee until I recently found out it has powdered milk in it; which is detrimental to our health. I checked all their products and found out it was a uniform ingredient in all flavors. If you are health conscious, you may want to check out the harm of dry milk powder.
