My order for Seagate Barracuda 2TB hard drive received with good package but the drive was noticed faulty.Immediatly reported to seller. The kind hearted seller instantly replaced with good one on the third day. Keeping such genuine sellers , the image of Amazon.in reaches high tenfolds. Dear seller, thank you for your kind consideration at an early time..The replaced one is working well.

Had received an HDD that wouldn't boot up. Quickly resolved and exchanged the faulty drive with a replacement immediately.

Warranty is only 1 year.
Recieved on 4th Feb 2023. Came packaged very neatly. The QR code scan claims to be a laptop HDD but clearly it's a 3.5 inch desktop hdd as mentioned in item description so that's okay. can't tell from any labels whether it's really 7200rpm. Will update review once i can install it and check. Warranty claim on this serial number when checked online only covers up to March 2024. That's literally only 1 year + 1 month. Nowhere to dispute the advertised claim of 2 year warranty!

Good Speed
Read Write speeds are good. I already purchased barracuda 1 tb almost 10 years back, working fine even till now, So purchased again same in 2 TB.

More Storage for less money
While SSDs are fast and have more lifetime, they are expensive too. HDDs are still good options for media storage and great bang to buck. Bought 2TB 7200 rpm HDD for Rs. 5392/- , which is a great value for money.
