Excellent quality tissues are more, plus the demand for paper products are increased due to COVID. It's unfortunate but you have to decide if you want to pay the price.

Second order in a months time that has failed to show up

Assuming you contacted customer service about this. If your orders are being delivered when you’re not home, perhaps another delivery address would help. A neighbor who is home, or a locker or other pick up that’s available in your area. It’s most likely being lifted after it’s dropped off. Porch pirating has risen tremendously during the pandemic because so many folks are in dire straits and so many others are having stuff delivered so they don’t have to go out shopping. Sorry you’re having such a problem getting your deliveries!
